We understand that your Slumber Society purchase may not be suitable, and you may need to return your order to us. If your order is not personalised, we can offer a return or exchange however it must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before posting an order back.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on personalised orders so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Item/s being returned must be unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs for your return parcel. Slumber Society will not be held liable for any items you return to us that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, if you decide to return your item, the original shipping costs are not recoverable. We recommend you use a tracked postal service to return your order.
