Instructions:
Sift:
Sift 1-2 scoops (about 1/2 - 1 teaspoon) of matcha into the bowl using a small sieve to remove any clumps.Add Water:
Pour 60-80ml (2-3 oz) of hot water (around 80°C / 176°F) into the bowl.Whisk:
Using the bamboo whisk, vigorously whisk in a "W" or "M" motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and a frothy layer forms on top.Tips:

It is important to use water that is hot, but not boiling (around 80°C / 176°), to avoid bitterness.Whisk Technique:
Whisk briskly to create a smooth, frothy texture.Variations:
Koicha (Thick Tea):
For a thicker, more intense experience, use 3-4 scoops of matcha and less water (30-40ml).Matcha Latte:
Whisk matcha with a small amount of hot water, then add steamed milk and your favourite sweetener.Cleaning the Whisk:
After each use, rinse the whisk gently in warm water and place on the whisk holder so it maintains its shape. Avoid using soap. Let it air dry completely before storing.
