Digestive Support:

Peppermint, fennel seed, ginger root, and liquorice root work together to promote healthy digestion, relieve bloating, and soothe the stomach. St. Mary's thistle may also aid in liver function and detoxification, further supporting digestive health.

Antioxidant Powerhouse:

Green tea is rich in antioxidants, particularly catechins, which may help protect cells from damage and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Orange peel also provides a boost of antioxidants, including vitamin C.

Anti-inflammatory Benefits:

Ginger and liquorice root possess anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce inflammation throughout the body.

Stress Reduction and Relaxation:

The calming properties of chamomile and the gentle aroma of the blend may contribute to a sense of relaxation and stress reduction.

Immune System Support:

The antioxidants in green tea and orange peel, along with the potential immune-boosting properties of ginger, may help strengthen the immune system.

Liver Health:

Dandelion root and St. Mary’s thistle have been traditionally used to support liver function and detoxification.

These benefits are based on traditional use and some scientific research. Individual results may vary.  It is always best to consult with a healthcare professional before using any herbal tea for medicinal purposes, especially if you have any existing health conditions or are taking medications.

Tea is a personal journey! Play with temperatures and steeping times to find your sweet spot. Hotter water?  Bolder taste! Longer steep?  Stronger brew!  Embrace your inner Tea Master and create your perfect cup. TOP TIP - if you finding the tea bitter and astringent, lower the water temperature.

Loose Leaf:

1 Tsp (2-3g) per cup -  Water temperature 95-100°C / 205-212°F.  Place tea into an infuser.  Do not pour boiling water directly onto the tea, this can scorch delicate herbal teas.  First warm the cup with a swirl of boiling water and discard.  Pour hot water water into the cup and then place your infuser with your tea inside into the hot water.

Steeping time 3-5min depending on taste.

Tea Bag:

1 Tea Bag per cup - Water temperature 95-100°C / 205-212°F. Warm your cup by putting some hot water in first then discard.  Do not pour boiling water directly onto your tea bag as this can scorch delicate herbal teas.

Steeping time 3-5min depending on taste.

Store your tea in a cool, dry place, and it will reward you with years of delicious enjoyment.
